The Service

BeforeTable provides web software for AR/3D restaurant menus, QR access, guest ordering, and optional operational modules (kitchen, tables, billing helpers). Features vary by plan.

Guests typically use WebAR in mobile browsers (Safari/Chrome) without a guest app download. Device support varies; always test on phones your guests use.

We may modify features to improve quality, security, or legal compliance. Material plan changes will be communicated reasonably in advance when practical.

Accounts & acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and staff PINs.

Upload only content you have rights to (dish photos, logos, trademarks). Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Do not abuse the Service (scraping that harms performance, attempting unauthorized access, reselling access without permission, or spamming contact/careers forms).

Plans & AR slots

Free ($0 / 3 AR dishes), Starter ($20/mo / 15), Growth ($200/mo / 50), and Enterprise (custom) include stated AR product slot limits and features. Exceeding limits may block new AR dishes until you upgrade or remove items.

Prices are listed in USD unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Analytics dashboard is included on Growth as described on Pricing—not on Free or Starter.

AR models & processing

3D/AR quality depends on photo inputs and processing. We aim for useful guest previews but do not guarantee photoreal perfection for every dish.

Processing times vary. Priority processing applies on eligible paid plans.

You retain ownership of your original photos; you grant us a license to process, host, and display models as needed to operate the Service for your restaurant.

Orders & light POS

Order, kitchen, table, and billing helpers are software tools. You remain responsible for food safety, allergens, pricing accuracy, tax configuration, and compliance with local law.

BeforeTable is not a substitute for licensed payment acquiring hardware unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Public forms

Contact and careers submissions must be truthful. We may store and email them to our operations team to respond.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for guest device limitations, network issues, or restaurant operational decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the Service is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or zero on Free).

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel paid plans per the Refund & Billing Policy. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

Governing law

Unless a signed Enterprise agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Local consumer protections may still apply.
